We have used Invictas as a letting agent for nearly 5 years. We wanted a local agent who would provide a personal service. Maintenance work has been dealt with as required and rental payment is always prompt, although I suspect this is an automated process anyway. One criticism from our experience is that Invicta's do need prompting when it comes to conducting property inspections and tenancy agreement completion. On the whole we are satisfied with the service.
