Lindsey specialises in the preparation and marketing of properties. She also has an important role in staying in touch with potential purchasers and progressing sales through to completion. Lindsey also overseas landlord accounts and rental payment processing.
Davina is an experienced member of the team and uses this experience to value properties and advise clients how best to market their homes for sale. She uses her fantastic people skills when liaising with vendors and buyers.
Lisa joined the team in 2019 and works in our lettings department, dealing with all aspects of lettings.
Lisa has a background in management and a wealth of organisational skills which along with her local knowledge makes her a valuable member of the team.
Rae has lived in Faversham all her life, utilising her knowledge of the area, dealing with all aspects of sales from viewings to sales progressing.
