North Downs Magazine

We often have a full page advert in this free magazine that is posted to over 30,000 homes in Kent every month. We find that this form of advertising still works and reaches buyers that may not find your property on the net. Here is an example of our advert (pop up box shows pdf of advert)

Internet Property Portals

We invest large sums to ensure that your property will be seen on the major property portals, including Rightmove & Zoopla which are the main two that buyers will be looking on. Our properties also appear on the local Kent Homes website and the London based Prime Location.
Invicta Estate Agents also ensure that our website can be found when buyers are searching for local agents, by investing in SEO and key word campaigns.

Large Digital Window Display

Invicta Estate Agents are proud of their window display. We believe that we have the largest window display of any agent in Faversham and the only one to display our properties on a large digital monitor. We were one of the first agents to display our properties in supersized led lit displays. We will always have room to ensure that your property stays in our window until it is sold!

Google Word Campaigns

Not only do we invest money in ensuring that our website appears in the search engines, we can also taylor make a google key word campaign around a particular property. This proves particularly successful in the more unusual properties or properties that have something unique to offer. Ensure that your property reaches the largest potential number of buyers-speak to us about a key word campaign.

Social Media

We invest a great deal of time in having a presence on social media and see the importance of this over the coming years. Although people would not necessarily search for a property on social media, we appreciate that it is a good way to market the more unusual properties to a wider audience and engage in the local community. That said, we are also aware that some agents feel the need to put every property on social media. Our own research shows that people using social media will simply switch off to your postings if you use it to just advertise properties. Used wisely it works, abuse it and it doesn’t!
